Description
We are a coalition of proactive, like-minded professionals working across two London universities - the UCL Institute of Education and the University of East London. We use our research, expertise and training to help schools make the very best use of their TAs.
We run courses for school leaders, teachers and (of course) TAs to help ensure TAs thrive in their role and improve outcomes for pupils. We are an 'outward-facing' group and often talk about our work at national and regional conferences.
